About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an ONB Test & Commissioning Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the test and commissioning activities for our signaling subsystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the test and commissioning activities for signaling subsystems, ensuring compliance with system specification documents and contractual requirements.
- Organize and plan test activities, including resource allocation and documentation.
- Verify the functionality and performance of signaling systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain test procedures and documentation, ensuring that they are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Interface with engineering and verification teams to optimize test activities and share resources.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Represent the team in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Report on progress and issues to the project field operation manager and test and commissioning manager.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in test and commissioning activities for signaling projects. You will have a master's degree in engineering, preferably in electronics or embedded systems, and multiple years of experience in test and commissioning activities for signaling projects.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering, preferably in electronics or embedded systems.
- Multiple years of experience in test and commissioning activities for signaling projects.
- Deep knowledge of one or more signaling subsystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of German and English language (read, written, spoken).
- Driving license and flexibility regarding mobility.
