**Job Title: Procurement Associate Manager - Raw Materials Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Associate Manager to join our dynamic EU & AEA Procurement team at Colgate-Palmolive. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic sourcing plans and risk management programs, negotiating raw materials purchases, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure quality and service standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize raw materials procurement
  • Liaise with various functional groups to enforce purchasing policies and procedures
  • Identify market opportunities and threats for future raw materials
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and track project progress
  • Negotiate raw material purchases with suppliers to secure best prices
  • Prepare and present purchasing strategies to senior management
  • Coordinate continuous improvement programs with suppliers to enhance quality and service
  • Utilize e-tools to drive savings and standardization programs
  • Manage supplier contracts and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for purchasing

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field
  • 2-4+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience
  • 2-5+ years of management experience
  • SAP experience is beneficial
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in international projects
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
