Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing procurement activities, managing complex projects, and developing strategic partnerships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
    • Manage procurement processes, including RFIs, RFQs, and contract negotiations
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
  • Project Management
    • Lead complex projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget
    • Manage project risks and implement corrective measures as needed
    • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Supplier Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms
    • Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular reporting on procurement activities and project progress
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or supply chain management
  • Experience
    • Several years of experience in procurement, project management, or a related field
    • Proven track record of success in managing complex projects and developing strategic partnerships
  • Skills
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills
    • Strong project management and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
