Procurement Associate Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Associate Manager to join our EU & AEA Procurement team at Colgate-Palmolive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies and risk management programs for raw materials.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to ensure optimal procurement of raw materials.
- Collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats for raw materials.
- Develop and implement savings projects and tracking files to drive cost reduction and process improvement.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present financial reports to track and anticipate material process evolution.
- Coordinate continuous improvement programs with suppliers to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Work with contract attorneys and suppliers to ensure all major materials are covered with a legal contract.
- Develop and implement segmentation analysis and strategies for all materials.
- Utilize e-tools to drive savings, simplification, and standardization programs.
- Coordinate implementation of SMI with appropriate suppliers.
- Continuously improve oneself through training, information sharing, coaching, and feedback.
- Interface with suppliers to prevent and solve critical service and quality issues.
- Accountable for Purchasing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and working with the entire Category Supply Chain.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field.
- 2-4+ years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experience for Specialists.
- 2-5+ years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experience for Managers plus.
- 2-5 years of management experience.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
- English fluency.
- Experience in international projects.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment, and diligence.
- Good team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
