Your Role
As a Strategic Account Manager (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in helping our clients accelerate their development cycles, enhance product quality, and eliminate inefficiencies worth millions of euros. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to the successful closing of software agreements.
- Utilizing your entrepreneurial mindset to devise innovative strategies that help achieve and surpass ambitious sales targets.
- Building a robust network through targeted outreach to engineering and simulation leaders, as well as high-level decision-makers.
- Collaborating closely with our Pre-Sales and Customer Success Teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop strategic account plans that foster sustainable growth.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales to engineering sectors, particularly in industries such as automotive, electronics, or industrial machinery.
- Proven expertise in strategic account planning and the ability to identify new business opportunities using frameworks like MEDDIC or SPICED.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, with the capability to collaboratively define value-added solutions with customers.
- Effective communication skills, enabling you to engage confidently with C-level executives and lead intricate negotiations in the enterprise segment.
