We are currently seeking to enhance our team with a Senior Account Executive for the DACH region, based in Munich, to join us in this exciting journey.

Role Overview

As our new Senior Account Executive, your mission will be to transform clients into advocates by ensuring a strategic and high-quality approach that aligns with their business objectives. This role entails cultivating and maintaining robust relationships while consistently surpassing their expectations through proactive and customized solutions. Your primary focus will be on account development and expansion.

You will report to the Regional Director DACH located in Munich.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth. Engage in a variety of projects and programs, including those related to messaging, digital marketing, email outreach, contact center solutions, and other CRM applications. Formulate and execute strategic account plans to facilitate product expansion and drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives. Act as the primary liaison, fostering proactive and lasting relationships with clients. Manage renewals, negotiate contracts, and optimize offerings. Regularly meet with clients, participate in industry-relevant events, and monitor market trends to uncover new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, and Support teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless client experience. Maintain and update internal CRM systems, providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management. Work collaboratively with the team, sharing insights and best practices to support overall business growth.

Who You Are:

We are looking for an Account Manager with experience in the DACH region, who is customer-focused and has a proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in business administration, telecommunications, or a related field. A proven track record of at least 7 years in key account management or sales, preferably within a relevant industry. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the technical and commercial values of our offerings. Self-motivation, results orientation, and the ability to work independently. Experience in Mobile Marketing / Messaging (SMS A2P, Rich SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, etc.) or related fields (email marketing, online advertising, mobile applications, etc.) is advantageous. Fluency in German and English is essential. A willingness to travel as required.
