Position: Financial Operations Intern (f/m/d)

Compensation: Competitive annual salary ranging from €50,000 to €55,000, with potential equity options up to €20,000. Additional company benefits valued at up to €5,000 per annum.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model available in Germany, with the possibility of remote work; occasional travel to Munich may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial framework at Orbem GmbH, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Collaborate closely with the Finance Director and the finance team to define, implement, and optimize financial processes that align with our organizational goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into various financial functions within the company.

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Assisting with daily financial operations and taking ownership of specific tasks
  • Proposing and executing enhancements to existing processes
  • Contributing to special initiatives such as market expansion and system upgrades
  • Performing financial analyses to aid in strategic decision-making
Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's degree in finance or accounting with a strong academic record
  • Prior internship experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills
  • A collaborative team player with a focus on adaptability and innovation
  • Proficiency in both German and English
