About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Intern to join our Finance team at Kranus Health GmbH. As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the financial operations of a rapidly growing healthcare startup.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting financial analysis, including data collection, trend analysis, and the preparation of reports to support decision-making.
  • Provide support in day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting data, preparing spreadsheets, and helping to create financial models.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, adhering to HGB (knowledge of IFRS is a plus).
  • Learn to use financial software and tools, designing and implementing automations and evolving processes.
  • Participate in special projects, developing a European grant strategy and designing and implementing automation solutions within the finance infrastructure.
Requirements
  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (if you are a student) or have recently graduated with a relevant degree.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and have an impeccable attention to detail.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
  • Any prior internship or coursework in finance or accounting is a bonus as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • You are fluent in German. Good English skills are a big plus.
