Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business expansion and foster sustainable growth in our Global General Industry (GI) Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, contributing to the strategic direction of new ventures in automotive, sustainable mobility, and green energy.

Prospecting and Lead Generation

Generate and maintain a dynamic pipeline of prospects through various channels to ensure a steady flow of potential clients or partners.

Business Planning and Strategy

Develop comprehensive and targeted business plans that include market entry strategies, growth initiatives, financial projections, and risk assessments.

Client Management and Sales

Oversee client projects with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, while driving internal initiatives to optimize sales processes and enhance overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business or technical field and relevant experience in business development.

Language Skills

Fluent in (written and spoken) German and English.

What We Offer
