IT Strategist for Corporate Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and establish future-proof IT services for corporate functions, including HR, Legal, Finance & Taxes, Controlling, Treasury, and Customs, to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead IT projects with internal and external project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project delivery.
  • Identify internal customers' requirements, analyze solution alternatives, and provide product recommendations for a broad and complex system landscape, driving business value and innovation.
  • Define solution configuration, create specifications for development, and establish interfaces to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
  • Foster business partnerships within the Freudenberg group, leveraging IT expertise to drive business success and growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as a solution architect or senior consultant, with a strong track record of delivering IT solutions that drive business value.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain the impact of system architecture on business processes to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with common applications in finance, HR, and customs, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, AEB, or similar.
  • Strong international team player with a good command of written and spoken English and German.
  • High level of self-motivation, customer focus, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
