Sales Development Representative

**Drive Revenue Growth with Thermo Fisher Scientific**
The Global Service & Support segment of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Life Sciences Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to expand the reach of our service contract offerings and contribute to revenue growth within our division.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed defined sales targets and support plans
- Proactively uncover new opportunities within assigned accounts to generate revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to position Thermo Fisher Scientific's products and services effectively
**Requirements:**
- Experience in telephone sales and working from home-office environment
- Experience in the Life Science Sector is an advantage
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills in German, English, and Polish
- Excellent administration skills, organizational proficiency, and ability to plan and time manage various tasks
- Computer literate in 'Microsoft Office' – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Knowledge in SAP and Power BI is an advantage
