**Drive Revenue Growth with Thermo Fisher Scientific**

The Global Service & Support segment of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Life Sciences Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to expand the reach of our service contract offerings and contribute to revenue growth within our division.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed defined sales targets and support plans
  • Proactively uncover new opportunities within assigned accounts to generate revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to position Thermo Fisher Scientific's products and services effectively

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in telephone sales and working from home-office environment
  • Experience in the Life Science Sector is an advantage
  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German, English, and Polish
  • Excellent administration skills, organizational proficiency, and ability to plan and time manage various tasks
  • Computer literate in 'Microsoft Office' – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Knowledge in SAP and Power BI is an advantage
