Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our exceptional marketing and sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and pipeline by qualifying and nurturing inbound leads.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers who request information about our solutions, and will be responsible for engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels.
  • Assist marketing with testing, execution, and reporting on lead quality.
  • Successfully overcome prospective customer objections as well as answer initial questions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales team members to schedule customer meetings.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and update prospect information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented.

About You

We are looking for a highly collaborative, proactive, curious self-starter with excellent English skills (both written and spoken). Additional languages are advantageous. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone and email etiquette.
