About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Webhelp Holding Germany GmbH. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers and prospects
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reporting to ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
