We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Webhelp Holding Germany GmbH. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers and prospects
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reporting to ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting
- 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
