CRM Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our Lidl Plus international team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting international standards in customer relationship management, as well as providing commercial steering in this area.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty across international markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric solutions
- Provide training and support to users on Lidl Plus tools and platforms
- Act as a liaison between international teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support CRM initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in business administration, economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
