About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our Lidl Plus international team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting international standards in customer relationship management, as well as providing commercial steering in this area.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty across international markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric solutions
  • Provide training and support to users on Lidl Plus tools and platforms
  • Manage and analyze customer data to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in German and English
