KACO new energy GmbH is a leading manufacturer of photovoltaic inverters, and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth in assigned territories
  • Collaborate with distributors, installers, and project developers to review operational business, forecast, inventory, and order backlog
  • Coordinate customer support with logistics, product management, offer management, and marketing teams
  • Manage contracts, including negotiation and tracking
  • Monitor and track KPIs to evaluate customer performance
  • Foster strong relationships with customers at all levels through regular visits
  • Report sales performance using CRM tools or similar databases

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (bachelor's or master's) or similar
  • Proven experience in the solar photovoltaic industry, preferably with solar/hybrid inverters
  • Key Account and Product management experience is advantageous
  • Experience in managing sales channels with distributors, EPC, and installers is preferred
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM/SAP
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good command of English
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Residence in France
