We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the Zentralbereich Unternehmensplanung / Controlling / Risikomanagement department at our Stuttgart location.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project controlling strategies to ensure accurate and timely project reporting.
  • Coordinate and manage SAP projects, including planning, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Act as the organizational unit's representative and lead the IT team in the department, ensuring compliance with VAIT and DORA regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of reporting processes and tools.
  • Support the department and central management in various projects and initiatives.

Your Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in controlling, risk management, or reporting in a financial services company.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Proficiency in SAP, especially in the CO module, is an asset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
