International Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Recruitment Specialist to join our team at GFA Consulting Group. As a key member of our Recruitment Department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our international development projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage suitable experts for our projects
- Build and maintain relationships with experts and applicants, as well as expand and maintain our expert database
- Collaborate closely with our technical departments, particularly the Agriculture & Rural Development department, to ensure seamless recruitment processes
- Communicate effectively with experts and applicants, and utilize social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Completed university degree in human resources development, development cooperation, social sciences, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-oriented environment, with a proven track record of working independently and with attention to detail
- Excellent language skills in English and French, with additional knowledge of German or Spanish being an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of international personnel recruitment and acquisition is highly desirable
- A dynamic and multicultural work environment that fosters growth and learning
