Wir suchen einen Payroll Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit der Option auf Übernahme.

Als Payroll Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für:
- Entgeltabrechnung: Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Prozessoptimierung: Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Entgeltabrechnungsprozesse
- Prüfung von Sachverhalten: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, lohnsteuerrechtlicher Vorgaben und entgeltrelevanter Richtlinien
- Kommunikation: Ansprechpartner*in für Behörden und Krankenkassen bei allen gehaltsrelevanten Sachverhalten
- Erste Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Abrechnungsprozesse zu verstehen, zu optimieren und umzusetzen
- Eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Behörden
- Präzision und Sorgfalt bei der Datenverarbeitung und -pflege
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
