As a pivotal figure in our logistics framework, you will oversee our partnerships with last-mile delivery providers, ensuring that all deliveries, regardless of size, are executed seamlessly. Your primary objective will be to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with these partners, facilitating efficient delivery processes and addressing any challenges they may encounter.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Compliance: Collaborate with Safety and Regional Managers to uphold safety standards across operations.
- Performance Enhancement: Assist partners in scaling their operations and resolving operational challenges, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources for peak periods.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new partners through the onboarding process to ensure a successful launch.
- Coaching: Mentor business owners to maintain compliance and achieve high performance metrics.
- Operational Improvements: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement strategies to enhance operations at both the network and individual partner levels.
- Relationship Development: Foster a positive rapport between Amazon and our delivery service partners, focusing on improving partner sentiment.
- Communication Alignment: Ensure consistent communication with DSP owners, collaborating closely with operational partners.
- Advocacy: Represent the interests of DSPs within the Amazon Logistics framework.
- Training and Development: Coach partners on effective tool utilization and performance improvement opportunities.
- Process Consistency: Champion the application of last-mile delivery processes across all delivery stations.
- Brand Protection: Enhance driver standards to uphold the integrity of our brand.
Daily Operations
Your role will be based on-site, allowing you to engage directly with all facets of the delivery process. You will manage all aspects of partner relationships, from contract negotiations to performance tracking.

Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in operations, last-mile logistics, or account management.
- Proven track record of working with third-party resources on a regional or national scale.
- Experience managing a contingent workforce during peak seasons.
- Strong analytical skills to address performance-related issues.
- Fluency in written and verbal German.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading process improvements through methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
