About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Station ACES Manager to join our team at Amazon Deutschland E4 Transport GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) team, you will play a crucial role in driving major projects to standardize our processes and improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in current operations.
  • Establish frameworks to optimize trade-offs between quality, speed, cost, and other factors.
  • Share ideas on how processes can be improved and lead regular reviews of optimality.
  • Ensure year-on-year, double-digit growth in shipped volume.
A Day in the Life

You will focus on strategic objectives, such as improving efficiency and increasing reliability, and find creative ways to make these happen. You will be part of a team driving major projects and will be in regular contact with senior management and stakeholders to define project requirements and update them on status, risks, and impacts.

About the Team

As part of the ACES team, we work to continually improve the Amazon Logistics experience. We look after high-impact initiatives and help develop, roll out, and maintain logistics-focused projects. Recent examples include launching and expanding micro-mobility delivery across Europe and electric vehicle delivery.

Requirements
  • A degree in business, engineering, supply chain, transportation, mathematics, economics, physics, or another technical field.
  • Hands-on experience working in supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting.
  • Able to show evidence of communication skills and management capabilities.
  • Track record of proven analytical thinking and decision-making.
  • Demonstrable experience in handling multiple ongoing projects effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Track record of process improvement.
  • Experience in project or programme management.
  • Experience in analytical tool building.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
