**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports the growth and development of our employees.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals responsible for talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Design and deliver training programs and development initiatives that enhance the skills and competencies of our employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

**Requirements**
