Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Global Payroll Operations Team in Austria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships with key stakeholders, processing full end-to-end payroll, and ensuring compliance with statutory filing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a subject matter expert for Austria and manage existing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.
- Ensure data integrity and quality, with experience in accounting and reconciliations.
- Foster a focus on KPIs and SLAs, and implement and improve processes.
- Mentor and support payroll specialists, and back up regional managers during times of absence.
- Proven experience in payroll management.
- Knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Work from anywhere.
