Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wind Turbine Engineer to join our team as a Technical Planning Specialist. As a key member of our offshore wind project team, you will be responsible for the technical planning and implementation of offshore wind projects, from development to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development, planning, and implementation of offshore wind projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage technical work packages, including contract negotiations, project execution, and handover to the operating party.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, ensuring effective scheduling, budget control, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement technical due diligence processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and approval requirements.
  • Participate in industry-specific working groups and research projects, driving innovation and best practices in the offshore wind industry.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, wind energy technology, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Profound technical knowledge of large electrical/mechanical systems and experience with supply contracts for offshore wind turbines.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team player skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
