About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Portfolio Manager to join our team at PGIM Real Estate. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate investments, analyzing market trends, and making informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of real estate investments, including analyzing market trends and making informed investment decisions
  • Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve portfolio goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including asset management, research, and operations
  • Provide regular portfolio updates and recommendations to senior management
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate investment management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, including market trends and investment strategies
