About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at Billie. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market strategies. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market strategies
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including sales, business development, or consulting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Payments or Fintech
  • Strong network in the B2B environment
  • Ability to engage and deal with higher levels within organizations (up to C-Level)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and customer-focused approach
  • Fluency in German and good understanding of English; additional languages are an advantage
