Your Mission

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator
Delivering exceptional products and services to our clients is our primary focus, but maintaining this standard necessitates that our IT infrastructure operates at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate for this position will be adaptable and willing to oversee various aspects of our existing IT framework, including equipment procurement and support. Ultimately, your role will be to guarantee that our products, applications, and systems are delivered to maintain our esteemed reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing onsite support for clients and employees
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting internal infrastructure
  • Ensuring IT data security
  • Supporting Windows and Linux servers
  • Managing the procurement and setup of equipment
  • Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Planning, preparing, and executing internal IT projects
Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Administrator or related role
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) systems administration for both client and server
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user and group management), Azure AD, and O365 - familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Solid understanding of Network Theory and practical experience in networking (Layer 2 to Layer 3) and Security Firewalling (Layer 4/Layer 7)
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenStack, Kubernetes)
  • Capability to troubleshoot network issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
  • Proficient in English
