Job Description

To enhance our Strategic Sales Team, we are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth and manage the design funnel for a Strategic Automotive Account. This individual should possess the capability to collaborate with internal sales teams and distribution partners to stimulate new design initiatives, accurately monitor and project revenue, engage in technical discussions with engineers, and strategically focus on the most promising accounts. The ideal candidate will have the business insight necessary to expand Renesas' presence with strategic clients and the interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with customer executives, engineering teams, procurement, and distribution partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

Account Manager tasked with revenue and design funnel expansion Directly accountable for driving opportunity identification, design integration, and revenue conversion – comprehensive funnel management Responsible for precise monthly revenue forecasting for customers Capable of driving design wins both directly and through distribution channels Collaborate with Field Application Engineers and manage technical resources across various Business Units Understand competitive landscape and enhance market share to deepen customer engagement in the region Highly driven to promote solution-oriented silicon products

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering - ideally in Electrical or Industrial Engineering Strong understanding of semiconductors, particularly in MCU, SoC, Analog & Power devices Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player Effective and timely communication and reporting Proficient in English; German language skills are a plus Competent in MS-Office applications Valid Driver's License Company Description
