Job Title: European Logistics Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced European Logistics Director to lead our transformation and strategy efforts in the logistics division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative change strategies that put the consumer first and enable a competitive advantage through logistics, delivery proposition development, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a long-term strategy for the logistics division, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a customer-centric transformation across the logistics division, developing and delivering propositions, offers, and availability that meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL logistics contracts, accountable for tenders and driving sustainable service and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Regular travel to sites and operations across Europe to build a strong team mentality and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in logistics strategy, specifically in outbound omnichannel (Ecom/Retail/Apparel/3PL) and knowledge of in-house and 3PL operations.
  • Excellent understanding of D2C, delivery proposition development, and being customer's first choice using logistics as a competitive advantage.
  • Managed €MM transport budget and led large tenders, setting SLA frameworks with providers across Europe.
  • Able to navigate a matrix-driven environment, with strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • An enthusiastic, honest, and open leader, willing to learn from mistakes and foster a supportive team culture.
