European Logistics Director – Transformation & Strategy

You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement an innovative change strategy that puts the consumer first and enables a competitive advantage through logistics, delivery proposition development, and customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a customer-centric transformation across the logistics division to become a customer's first choice for their product
  • Developing and delivering propositions, offerings, and availability
  • Building exceptional relationships with 3PL logistics contracts and driving sustainable service and cost reduction initiatives
  • Expertise in logistics strategy, specifically in outbound omnichannel (Ecom/Retail/Apparel/3PL) and knowledge of in-house and 3PL operations
  • Excellent understanding of D2C, delivery proposition development, and being a customer's first choice using logistics as a competitive advantage
  • Managed €MM transport budget and led large tenders, setting SLA frameworks with providers across Europe
