About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at ABOUT YOU. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and providing administrative assistance to our HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in the administration of employee data, including personnel files, benefits, and performance management.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, benefit plans, and company policies.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, benefits, and performance management.
- Assist in the coordination of HR-related events and meetings, such as employee recognition programs and team-building activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
