Key Responsibilities
- Support the processing of all contractual changes from hiring to termination of employment for employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in our HR system, ensuring high data quality
- Prepare and process various types of certificates and documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Previous experience in HR administration is a plus
- Basic knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
