HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant to support our HR Managers with various tasks and projects. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support HR Managers with incoming requests from employees and leads
- Assist with the creation of HR documents, such as work contracts, contract amendments, and relocation documents
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in our HRIS system
- Collaborate with HR Managers on projects and initiatives
- Contribute to improving our employee experience and engagement
- Currently studying or recently graduated in a Human Resources related field
- Previous experience with HR topics and concepts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Passionate about operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing
- Work in a dynamic and fast-growing company, located in the heart of Hamburg
