About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our team at ALPHA COM Deutschland GmbH. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of top talent.
- Develop and finalize job profiles and job postings in collaboration with team leaders.
- Support the development and implementation of our employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our onboarding process.
- Support the development and maintenance of our internal employee feedback process.
- Provide administrative support to our HR department, as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work style.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Relevant education or training in HR.
- Experience with social media and online platforms in a professional context.
- Fluency in English.
