We are seeking an experienced After Sales Manager to join our team at Innovation in Traffic Systems SE. As an After Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service to our national and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our expert teams to process customer requests and deliver tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and OEMs in the After Sales sector
- Prepare and coordinate customer meetings and events
- Collaborate with Account Managers to present offers to customers
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
Requirements:
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
