Job Title: Lead Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key player in driving our growth in the region, you will be responsible for developing a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing and securing new business opportunities, and bringing these deals to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop a winning Sales strategy by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads, focusing on high-potential prospects in your vertical
  • Hunt for new Sales opportunities by engaging in sales calls and networking to set up meetings and generate new business opportunities
  • Understand the client's needs and showcase solutions, presenting and pitching Zastrpay to clients professionally and persuasively, and closing deals efficiently
  • Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to align product offerings with client needs
  • Coordinate the onboarding process of new clients by ensuring timely go-live dates and successful market launches

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • More than 5 years of working experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager
  • Experience in the FinTech or Entertainment area is preferred
  • Fluent English and German language is essential
  • Strong client relationship management skills
