What We Expect From You:
  • In agile teams, you will work together with our experts to process customer inquiries from our national and international customers based on their individual requirements
  • Perspectively, you will be responsible for direct contact with our customers/OEMs in the After Sales area
  • Furthermore, you will prepare customer meetings
  • Together with our Account Managers, you will be able to present your offers to customers
  • Special tasks such as attending trade fairs, events, or conferences will round out your job profile

What You Bring:
  • A successfully completed technical degree or comparable qualification
  • Active communication is easy for you
  • You act internally and externally on an equal footing with your contact partners
  • You appear serious and professionally competent to customers
  • Long-term experience in a technically oriented environment and processing offers is desirable
  • As an organizational talent with high IT affinity, it is easy for you to grasp technically complex relationships and fulfill your project milestones in time and quality
  • Secure user knowledge in MS Office (especially in MS Excel)
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English (preferably with international experience)
