Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your sales scope in the aerospace, automotive, rail, and energy segments, working closely with equipment manufacturers and maintenance, repairs, and operations (MRO) companies in the DACH zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze your territory using CRM, QlikSense, and competitive intelligence tools, and leverage your market knowledge to identify new customer opportunities.
- Prospect and identify new customer opportunities, and develop technical and commercial proposals for tenders and other business initiatives.
- Strengthen existing activities and develop new opportunities with existing accounts, and negotiate and conclude contracts with the approval of your supervisor.
- Analyze sales data and propose business initiatives to implement in order to achieve the defined objectives.
- Guarantee the quality of the information delivered by you in the Business and reporting tools.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of years of experience in a Commercial position, ideally in the chemical, aeronautical, or automotive sector. You should have real skills as a negotiator and developer, with a global vision of the sector and the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.

- English - Level advanced
