About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Business Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the digital industry, specifically in the area of electrical power supply and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business models for digital industry applications, including IoT and SaaS solutions.
  • Prepare and present short-, mid-, and long-term business plans for our business unit.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Further develop and implement our go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Enable cross-functional processes and applications, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of business-specific accounting standards, including revenue recognition and profit/loss reporting.
  • Provide guidance on standard contract templates and commercial conditions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and offer packages, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define company internal value flows and transfer pricing, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain commercial frame conditions for participation in marketplaces and developer platforms.
  • Administer business matters related to financials, including cost budgeting and investments.
  • Define specific requirements for IoT/SaaS portfolio offer and order processes, including applications.
  • Communicate and train business unit functions on developments, products, and processes.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Long-term professional experience in financial responsibilities across software business industries, R&D, regional sales, planning, controlling, and accounting.
  • Strategic thinking, analytics, indirect leadership, and motivation skills.
  • Expertise in intercultural and cross-functional cooperation.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes and value flow models.
  • Strong knowledge of software business specifics, including business models, financing, configuration, calculations, and legal contract evaluation.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Data Analytics tools, e-commerce platforms, subscription and billing platforms, and advanced calculation and presentation techniques.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, approximately 5%-10% of the time.
