Financial Business Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Financial Business Strategist. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital industry applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business models for digital industry applications in the electrical power supply and distribution sector.
- Prepare short-, mid-, and long-term business plans for IoT/SaaS applications.
- Monitor performance and analyze deviations to drive business growth.
- Evolve and implement our Go-to-market strategy.
- Enable cross-functional processes and applications.
- Support the implementation of business-specific accounting standards.
- Drive guidance on standard contract templates and commercial conditions.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and offer packages.
- Define company internal value flows and transfer-pricing.
- Maintain commercial frame conditions for marketplaces and developer platforms.
- Administer financial matters, including cost budget and investments.
- Define specific requirements for IoT/SaaS portfolio's offer and order processes.
- Communicate and train BU x-functions on developments, products, and processes.
- A master's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
- Long-term professional experience in financial responsibilities across software business industries, R&D, regional sales, planning, controlling, and accounting.
- Strategic thinking, analytics, indirect leadership, and motivation.
- Expertise in intercultural and cross-functional cooperation.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes and value flow models.
- Strong knowledge of software business specifics.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Data Analytics tools, e-commerce platforms, subscription and billing platforms, and advanced calculation and presentation techniques.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week.
