Job Title: Regional Marketing Director DACH

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Director to lead our DACH marketing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the global marketing strategy in the region, ensuring effective tactical marketing programs, and working closely with the global marketing management team and regional sales organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Regional Marketing Organisation.
  • Implement the Global marketing strategy locally in the Region/countries and ensure the effective implementation of tactical marketing programs defined by Global Marketing, Global Product management, Global Launch management and Global/DACH T&E.
  • Be part of the team of Marketing Managers and work closely with the Global Marketing Management Team as well as the Regional sales organization.
  • Responsible for all commercial marketing activities including marketing, product management, sales support, marketing communications, educational needs and plan, partnering activities, key regional and local symposia.
  • Provide strategic market direction and will work closely with all functional areas in the Regional Countries and with the Headquarter.
  • The Marketing Manager will provide leadership in product positioning, developing performance expectations, pursuing and monitoring country/RSM/Rep performances as well as monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Be accountable to develop MQL and SQL to the sales organization and drive the regional PD initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree, ideal Master, in Marketing and Communication.
  • At least 5 years experience from practically leading a marketing department in a subsidiary of a global organization.
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
  • Excellent product and marketing knowledge.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (mainly PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
  • Able to manage given tasks and responsibilities independently but still in alignment with the Global Marketing organization, DACH marketing organization, the Regional sales organization as well as the DACH T&E organization.
  • Strong communicative skills and presentation capabilities.
  • Comprehensive practical experience from working with Digital Marketing and Funnel Management.
