DACH Regional Marketing Lead

Job Overview
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Regional Marketing Department.
- Adapt and execute the Global marketing strategy within the DACH region, ensuring the successful rollout of tactical marketing initiatives established by Global Marketing, Global Product Management, Global Launch Management, and Global/DACH T&E.
- Collaborate with fellow Marketing Managers and engage closely with the Global Marketing Management Team and the Regional Sales Organization.
- Manage all commercial marketing functions, including marketing, product management, sales support, marketing communications, educational planning, partnership activities, and key regional and local symposiums.
- Offer strategic market insights and collaborate with all functional areas in the Regional Countries and Headquarters.
- Provide leadership in product positioning, establish performance expectations, and monitor country/RSM/Rep performances along with customer satisfaction metrics.
- Accountable for generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) for the sales team while driving regional Product Development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Academic qualification, preferably a Master's degree, in Marketing and Communication.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a marketing department within a subsidiary of a global corporation.
- Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.
- Extensive knowledge of products and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Competency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Able to independently manage assigned tasks and responsibilities while aligning with the Global Marketing organization, DACH marketing team, Regional Sales organization, and DACH T&E organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comprehensive practical experience in Digital Marketing and Funnel Management.
