Your Role: Receptionist - Facility Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming deliveries, ensuring proper handling and distribution.
  • Provide exceptional telephone service, including communication in English.
  • Coordinate the processing of invoices, maintaining accurate records.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, preparing meeting rooms for seamless operations.
  • Handle general office tasks, contributing to a smooth workflow.
  • Order office supplies and kitchen essentials, ensuring adequate inventory.
  • Maintain comprehensive statistics efficiently, providing valuable insights.
  • Manage the access control system, ensuring security and authorized access.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English language proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in using office tools and software applications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
