Responsibilities:- Manage guest reservations, confirming details and providing accurate information.
- Conduct smooth check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Address guest requests promptly and efficiently, resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, service, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- A customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
