Your Responsibilities

  • Accountability: Oversee IT Service Management within the first and second level support for cloud service delivery.
  • Enhancing Processes: Ensure the effectiveness of ITSM processes and actively participate in the rollout of new initiatives and procedures.
  • Task Management: Independently track contract obligations and SLA commitments.
  • Documentation: Diligently complete and maintain records related to cloud services.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work proactively with global IT infrastructure teams and service providers to guarantee contract compliance and superior service delivery.

Your Profile

  • Educational Background: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent training (e.g., IT specialist with extensive practical experience).
  • Professional Experience: Background in service delivery; familiarity with IT governance and IT security management; experience collaborating with service providers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification is beneficial); knowledge of cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); understanding of business workflow processes.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English communication skills required (minimum C1/C2); proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented and solution-focused team player, analytical mindset towards challenges, and eagerness to engage with emerging technologies.
