Your Responsibilities

  • Accountability: Oversee IT Service Management in the first and second level support for cloud service delivery.
  • Enhancing Processes: Ensure the effectiveness of ITSM processes; play a key role in the rollout of new initiatives and procedures.
  • Task Management: Independently track contract obligations and SLA commitments.
  • Documentation: Diligently complete and maintain records related to cloud services.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work proactively with global IT infrastructure teams and service providers to guarantee contract compliance and optimal service delivery.

Your Profile

  • Education: Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent training (e.g., IT specialist with substantial practical experience).
  • Experience: Background in service delivery; familiarity with IT governance and IT security management; experience collaborating with service providers.
  • Expertise: Solid grasp of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification is a plus); knowledge of cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); understanding of business workflow processes.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (minimum C1/C2); German language skills are a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Team-oriented, goal-driven, analytical mindset, and eagerness to engage with new technologies.
