Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die unsere Service-Teams in Hamburg leitet und uns bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres digitalen Produkts unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist erste Ansprechpartner für alle servicerelevanten Themen verschiedener Stakeholder, vorrangig unserer Driver
  • Du verantwortest die Kommunikation über die Driver-Hotline, das Ticketsystem und über den E-Mail-Verkehr, zu Fragen und Problemstellungen bei komplexen Störungen im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Du entwickelst und führst das aktuell 12-köpfige Team unserer Service Agents im Hub Service Center fachlich
  • Du bist im direkten Austausch mit dem Lead of HSC
  • Du fungierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern und trägst damit zur ständigen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des digitalen Produkts bei
  • Du unterstützt, falls notwendig, aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft im Schichtdienst: Mo-So, in der Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht sowie an Feiertagen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Du kannst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus den Bereichen Kundensupport, Call-Center oder vergleichbares nachweisen
  • Du verfügst über erste Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in der Führung von Teams im Schichtbetrieb
  • Du hast eine hohe Auffassungsgabe und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Dich zeichnen deine sehr ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Du bringst zusätzlich gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
