Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Team Leader to join our team at AescuLabor - Hamburg GmbH. As a key member of our laboratory operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, planning staffing, and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of laboratory professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Plan and coordinate staffing to meet the needs of our laboratory operations.
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of laboratory samples, from reception to electronic recording.
  • Manage administrative processes, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Assist with various tasks related to modern sample diagnostics, including quality control and assurance.
Requirements
  • Completed education in the medical field, with a strong background in laboratory operations.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team leadership and staff planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using modern communication tools, including MS-Office.
