Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d)

As a cherished Hamburg-based company, we are eager to welcome a new team member to join us as a Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) for a flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week, available in both part-time and full-time capacities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Guiding customers in choosing their preferred products, including cut flowers, potted plants, bouquets, and decorative items.
  • Crafting custom flower arrangements for customers in alignment with the BLUME philosophy.
  • Maintaining an appealing and motivating display of our diverse product offerings as a deputy store manager.
  • Providing active support to the store team in daily operations, including managing cashier responsibilities and financial reconciliations.
  • Inspiring and contributing to the overall success of the store in your deputy role.
Your Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training in retail or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in retail or a creative sector, ideally with some leadership exposure.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours.
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • A motivating and approachable personality to effectively lead a team.
  • Enjoyment in sales and engaging with customers.
  • A passion for creating floral arrangements and a genuine love for flowers, plants, and decorative items.
  • Enthusiasm for designing floral and plant displays.
