Director of Treasury Operations (m/w/d) Company Profile

Headmatch GmbH & Co. KG is committed to sustainability, digital transformation, and innovation. We are currently seeking a Director of Treasury Operations (m/w/d) to establish and lead a comprehensive treasury function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing a Group-Wide Treasury Function: Take charge of creating a cohesive treasury framework, including the development of policies and guidelines.
  • Implementing Cash Pooling: Oversee the rollout of a company-wide cash pooling system.
  • Developing Treasury Processes: Enhance the treasury process and system landscape focusing on standardization, automation, and digitalization, along with formulating short- and long-term investment strategies for surplus liquidity.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Generate accurate cash flow forecasts to support short- and medium-term liquidity planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting: Ensure the provision of regular and insightful treasury, liquidity, and banking reports.
  • Guarantee Management: Manage guarantees, sureties, and other forms of collateral.
  • Cash Management Optimization: Streamline cash management processes, including payment transactions and bank account administration.
  • Bank Relationship Development: Cultivate banking relationships and identify interest and currency risks.
Candidate Profile
  • Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Extensive experience in treasury management with a solid understanding of cash management, currency issues, and financing structures.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Project Management Skills: Enthusiasm for project work and the design of new processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Quick comprehension, organizational talent, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both German and English, spoken and written.
